Group Class Descriptions

MAT PILATES

Using only your own body and small props for resistance, focused MatWork is an important foundation in a Pilates training program that creates long muscles while strengthening core stability.

GYROKINESIS®

The GYROKINESIS® method is a movement method that gently works the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences.

REFORMER PILATES

The reformer adds spring-loaded resistance to create additional assistance and resistance to your Pilates work. Our Stott based reformer exercises preserve the essence of classical Pilates’ work while enhancing it with modern principles of spine stabilization and exercise physiology.

Cancelation Policy

We require a 24 hour cancelation notice for private sessions in order for the client not to be charged. If you sign-up for a group class and do not cancel before the scheduled class, you will be charged for that class or if you decide not to show up. You may cancel a booked class or private session on the MindBody App. We take into consideration emergencies and illness, however we appreciate as much notice as possible, so we may fill your time slot.

Refund Policy

We don’t provide cash or credit refunds after a purchase is made. You’re more than welcome to use the monies as a studio credit or transfer to another client or friend within the expiration date of the purchase.

Referral Policy

For each referral of private sessions from an existing client, that client will receive $15 credit with our studio.
